Overview

LucidHR is a workforce verification and talent intelligence platform designed for organizations across Africa. It helps verify credentials, assess talent accurately, and match people to roles efficiently — reducing hiring risk and building portable trust for individuals. 

As Senior Product Designer, I led the end-to-end mobile app design — from user flows and verification logic to high-fidelity UI and fully interactive prototypes. I also designed the logo and brand identity.

The Opportunity

Organizations across Africa struggle to verify credentials, assess talent accurately, and match people to roles efficiently. Manual verification, fragmented records, and unreliable signals create friction, cost, and hiring risk — especially in regulated and skills-intensive industries. 

 

Traditional HR platforms focus on resumes and applicant tracking. Trust is treated as an afterthought. LucidHR was built to change that — making verification and trust the infrastructure, not a feature.

What was built

My thought process while designing the logo was simple…  My vision was to design “Something more than a logo. Lets design a promise to those at sea, reflected in every detail”.

Design Approach (System-First).

Instead of asking “What data should we collect?”, 

I asked: “What risks exist?  What conditions indicate intervention?  What should surface automatically?”
